Oh my fucking god, I'm seeing red right now. Twisty at IBTP has posted about a horrific gang rape case. Details of what exactly happened (because FUCKING FUCK THIS 'ALLEGED' AND 'INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE' BULLSHIT) can be found here.
THIS is why I'm a feminist. The fact that shit like this happens, an underaged girl is raped while drunk and vomiting and the case gets thrown out, she gets blamed for the rape, the men are congratulated for pulling through such a difficult time in their lives. I mean... FUCK. What sort of sick fucks think that raping a semi-comatose girl is ANY shade of moral white?!

I know this case will enrage anybody who has any human decency. On the positive note there are lots of men who will be enraged at this too. It's OK to be a feminist but please don't hate all men. Think about the good men you have in your life. That should calm you down.
I most certainly do not hate all men and I'm both insulted and irritated that some stranger on the internet would assume as much about me. (Unless you're someone I know in real life hiding under a mask of anonymity, in which case: suck it up and sign your name.) And even if I did hate all men, it would be none of your business. I can be as full of frothing rage with privileged males as I want to be.
